Refund, Cancellation & Reschedule Policy – PingMeDoc Labs

We aim to be fair and transparent. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the booking and whether sample collection or processing has started.

1) Free cancellation window

Free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before the scheduled collection/visit slot.

2) Late cancellation (within 12 hours) or after dispatch

If you cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled slot, or after our team has been dispatched, a visit/logistics fee of ₹200 may be applied, and the balance (if any) will be refunded.

3) After sample collection

Once a sample has been collected, refunds are generally not available because processing may begin and resources are consumed. Exceptions may include:

  • We are unable to process the sample due to an operational issue attributable to us, and recollection is not possible or you decline recollection.
  • Duplicate payment for the same booking.
  • Booking cannot be fulfilled due to serviceability constraints confirmed after payment (rare; if so, we will coordinate and refund as appropriate).

4) Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed without a fee if requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled slot. Late rescheduling may incur the visit/logistics fee noted above.

5) Hard copy report courier

If you request a hard copy report, courier charges are applied at actuals. Courier charges are typically non-refundable once shipped, except where a verified courier failure occurs.

6) Refund processing timeline

Eligible refunds are initiated within 3 business days after approval. Actual credit timelines depend on your bank/UPI provider.

7) How to request cancellation/reschedule/refund
