We aim to be fair and transparent. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the booking and whether sample collection or processing has started.
Free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before the scheduled collection/visit slot.
If you cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled slot, or after our team has been dispatched, a visit/logistics fee of ₹200 may be applied, and the balance (if any) will be refunded.
Once a sample has been collected, refunds are generally not available because processing may begin and resources are consumed. Exceptions may include:
Rescheduling is allowed without a fee if requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled slot. Late rescheduling may incur the visit/logistics fee noted above.
If you request a hard copy report, courier charges are applied at actuals. Courier charges are typically non-refundable once shipped, except where a verified courier failure occurs.
Eligible refunds are initiated within 3 business days after approval. Actual credit timelines depend on your bank/UPI provider.
