1) Service coverage

We currently provide services in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Home collection availability can vary by pincode/area and slot capacity.

2) Collection options

  • Home sample collection: available in serviceable areas, subject to slot availability.
  • Lab visit collection: available at our location (single site).

3) Home collection workflow

  1. You select tests/packages and choose home collection during checkout.
  2. You select a preferred slot (slots are offered across the day, subject to availability).
  3. Our team may contact you to confirm details and preparation requirements.
  4. Sample is collected by authorized staff using appropriate hygiene and safety protocols.
  5. Samples are labeled, logged, and transported under appropriate conditions.
  6. Processing is performed as per test method requirements; quality checks may require retesting.
  7. Reports are delivered via the dashboard; optional hard copy courier is available at extra cost.

4) Sample handling, suitability, and recollection

We follow standard pre-analytical best practices (identification checks, correct labeling, appropriate containers, and safe transport). If a sample is unsuitable (e.g., insufficient quantity or quality issues), recollection may be requested to ensure reliable reporting.

5) In-house vs partner/reference lab processing

To ensure test availability and appropriate methods, some tests may be processed through partner/reference laboratories where required. We maintain confidentiality and controlled access across the workflow.

6) Report delivery and storage

Reports are delivered primarily via My Dashboard / My Reports. Reports are stored and delivered through an outsourced Laboratory Information System (LIS) used for diagnostic operations, with controlled access and audit logging.

7) Turnaround time (TAT)

TAT displayed on test pages is an estimate and may vary due to test complexity, quality checks, retesting needs, and operational constraints. We avoid guaranteed timelines unless explicitly stated for a specific test.

8) Biomedical waste and safety

We follow applicable biomedical waste handling and disposal obligations consistent with Indian biomedical waste rules, using appropriate segregation, labeling, and disposal through authorized channels as applicable to our operations.
