1) Service scope

PingMeDoc Labs enables customers to browse and book laboratory tests and health packages, schedule home sample collection and/or lab visit collection (as available), and receive reports via the dashboard and other channels you opt into.

2) Healthcare and clinical disclaimer

Information on this website is educational and is not a diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical advice. Lab tests support clinical decision-making; results should be interpreted by a qualified clinician based on symptoms, history, and examination. If you have urgent symptoms, seek immediate medical care.

3) Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate patient details, contact number, and service address for home collection.
• Ensure patient availability and accessibility at the scheduled slot for home collection.
• Follow preparation instructions (fasting and other requirements) shown on test pages and during booking.
• Keep your dashboard login credentials confidential.

4) Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed once payment is successful (or otherwise confirmed if you enable an alternate payment mode). Home collection and lab visit appointments remain subject to serviceability and slot availability.

5) Sample collection and quality

Samples are labeled and handled using standard pre-analytical best practices, including appropriate containers, identification checks, and safe transport. If a sample is unsuitable (for example, insufficient quantity or quality issues), recollection may be requested to ensure meaningful results.

6) Prescriptions

Where applicable, you may upload a prescription during booking or present it at collection. For tests requiring a prescription under applicable rules, we may reschedule or cancel the booking if the prescription is not available, as per our Refund/Cancellation Policy.

7) Pricing and additional services

Prices are displayed in INR and confirmed at checkout. Taxes/fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout. Optional services may incur additional charges, including:

• Hard copy report courier (charges at actuals; where requested)
• Advanced dashboards/AI insights/subscription plans (if introduced; clearly priced and opt-in)

8) Reports and estimated turnaround time (TAT)

TAT shown on test pages is an estimate and may vary due to test complexity, quality checks, retesting needs, and operational constraints. We avoid guaranteed medical timelines unless explicitly stated for a specific test.

9) Data privacy and confidentiality

We treat health information and reports as confidential. Access is restricted on a role-based basis and shared only for service delivery, payment processing, legal compliance, and authorized operations as described in our Privacy Policy.

10) Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Cancellation/reschedule/refund rules are described in our Refund, Cancellation & Reschedule Policy.

11) Prohibited use

• No unauthorized access attempts, scraping, or interference with site operations.
• No uploading malicious content or misuse of booking/report systems.

12) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PingMeDoc’s liability (if any) for a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

13) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
